Bainbridge Island Guesthouse Spotlight: Pacific Willow Lodge

The Pacific Willow Lodge is a very unique and special log home. Rustic, yet comfortable with a large kitchen, two master suites, hot tub and perfect location for relaxing family vacations, the lodge is a special property that the owners hope guests enjoy as much as they love the home, neighborhood and setting.

The Pacific Willow Lodge is comprised of several bedrooms, including:

The Grand Forest Room
The serenity of being in a secluded forest, surrounded by the woody browns and earthy greens describes peaceful nights in this room. This room has a northern view of the forest and limited view of the Olympic mountains. You will share access to a large two sink, bathtub, shower in the jungle bathroom.

The Eagle Harbor Room
The calming effect of gazing out the window and privacy and nothing but the large hemlocks and grand firs is one of the highlights of the Eagle Harbor room. A queen sized bed, large closet and comfortable chair are components of the Eagle Harbor room along with a northern and limited view of the mountains and the forest. You will have shared access to a large two sink, bathtub, shower in the jungle bathroom.

The Madison Bay Suite
The largest of the rooms downstairs has a private entrance, and a queen sized bed with a private bathroom and large shower. There is a corner with a sofa and a few chairs to relax and view the Olympic mountains and incredible sunsets.

The Pacific Willow Lodge includes a downstairs public area with the perfect ambiance for escaping busy lives and relaxing in this special home on beautiful Bainbridge Island.

In addition, the Pacific Willow Lodge is connected with several area chefs, yoga instructors, artists and authors who will hold scheduled classes and overnight getaways. For example, the lodge’s cooking classes consist of chefs who lead culinary sessions for 2-4 couples/guests. Participants learn cooking techniques and recipes while relaxing in a lodge style setting that faces the beautiful Olympic Mountains range. The kitchen is a large open kitchen with an adjacent dining room.

The yoga retreats are held with 2-4 couples/guests practicing yoga sessions by day, soaks in the hot tub by night and morning hikes in the surrounding trails of the Grand Forest. Guests staying overnight will focus on regrouping, refreshing and relaxing at Pacific Willow Lodge for a renewed sense of inner peace and calm.

Finally, the authors and artists workshops provide talented folks with a new venue for sharing thoughts, techniques and to experience nature and local wildlife of this peaceful setting in a very special and quiet neighborhood. Sometimes taking a night or two in a new location can provide just the inspiration you need for bringing new art, through pen and brush, into the world! The new Bainbridge Island Art Museum (BIMA) just opened, adding to more reason to come, stay and tour Bainbridge Island.

Walk out the back door to 2.5 acres next to miles of trails to enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by large pine, hemlock and cedars with an occasional deer, coyote and/or eagle sighting.
4000 square foot home in quiet neighborhood conveniently located near golf, tennis, horse farms, hiking trails and only ten minutes from the ferry into downtown Winslow or to the Seattle ferry.
