Celebrate National Library Week at KiDiMu!

Celebrate the National Library Week with a trip to KiDiMu! All week long, from Sunday, April 13, through Saturday, April 19, KRL patrons are invited to present their KRL library card for half-price admission and enjoy exhibits, special craft, children’s books and programs. Admission: Inquire

Tuesday, April 15

Congregation Kol Shalom on Bainbridge IslandCongregation Kol Shalom Community Passover Seder
6:00 – 9:00 pm @ 9010 Miller Road
Congregation Kol Shalom’s seder will be led this year by Rabbi Mark Glickman. Guests are asked to bring: 1) A vegetarian (dairy is fine) and Kosher for Passover side dish, salad or dessert to share. The main dish, salmon, will be provided. 2) A seder plate. 3) Drinks for your table, including Kosher for Passover wine. 4) Matzah to share. Donations towards the main dish of salmon will be graciously accepted. RSVP is required and can be done via email to admin@kolshalom.net or via phone 206-842-9010. Aloha! The Manor House Third Wednesday Concert Series continues on April 16th with special guest Al Tringali! A Bainbridge Island favorite, Al is widely appreciated for his warm falsetto singing of traditional Hawaiian songs, and his slack-key guitar style. Drink specials and The Beach House at Pleasant Beach Happy Hour menu will be available for purchase. Event sponsored by The Manor House and Village Music. Doors open at 6:30, and the concert begins at 7. Admission: $10 cover

7:00 pm @ Bainbridge Island Museum of Art Auditorium (550 Winslow Way East)
Ranger and the “Re-Arrangers” with Neil Andersson Andersson is a member of the Northwest Music Awards Hall of Fame, and an incredible jazz guitarist. In 1993 he co-founded the seminal gypsy jazz band Pearl Django, eventually recording 10 albums with the group. The concert will feature music from Ranger and the ‘Re-Arrangers’ repertoire of American swing standards, traditional Gypsy melodies, and the music of Django Reinhardt. Violinist Ranger Sciacca will provide the counterpoint to Andersson’s guitar. Space is limited. Admission: Inquire
