This class will feature our pasture-raised broiler chickens, back in season again after a winter break. Participants will learn how to piece, debone and butterfly chickens. The class will also include recipes that highlight what a special food chicken can be, especially when it is farm-raised. Instructor Kerrie Sanson has been a chef and caterer on Bainbridge Island for two decades. She was an assistant technical instructor at Seattle Culinary Academy and has taught at Islandwood and Intentional Table. Admission: $75 plus tax
