The art was put on hold until the City Council released funding from the Public Art Fund, a collaboration between the City of Bainbridge Island and the Arts & Humanities Council. The Public Art Committee recommends that anyone who wishes to participate in this visioning process, visit The Waypoint first, and familiarize themselves with the site and the opportunities the site presents. PAC is currently seeking two or three professional artists for the jury. Admission: Free
