Bainbridge Island BrewingTrivia Night at the Taproom

Monday is Trivia Night at the brewery, presented by Trivia Time Live’s DJ. From 7 to 9pm, teams compete for prizes and the pennant during four rounds of interesting questions.  Come and play by yourself or join a team.  Relax, have a few beers and snacks, and join in the weekly fun! Come early for seating. Admission: Free

Waterfront Book Group discusses West of Here by Jonathan Evison

U Speak Easy Toastmasters Club

U Speak Easy Toastmasters meets the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The Toastmasters Club is dedicated to building public speaking skills. The club welcomes the public to visit any of our meetings to find out more about the Toastmasters program and about our club. Admission: Free

Join the Island’s new club for aspiring hobby orchardists and backyard fruit growers! A special series of lectures by Steve Morse, recipient of the Award of Merit from the National Genealogical Society. Morse’s presentations will give tips on searching census data, ship manifests, ship pictures, vital records, DNA migration mapping, etc. and just about any question posed when seeking information about ancestors, are easily launched. Admission: Free

Bethany Lutheran Church Bicycle Collection Drive
10:00 am – 4:00 pm @ Bethany Lutheran Church (7985 Finch Road NE)
Donate a bike, change a life! Drop-off your unwanted bicycle and spare parts. The bicycles will be shipped to South Africa to those in need, such as AIDS patients and orphans. The bicycles must have good frames, although the tires and remainder of the bike may be in any condition. Admission: Free
