What’s living on Bainbridge Island? Scientists, educators, citizens and preserved wilderness combine for our island’s first-ever BioBlitz! In small teams we’ll work together to identify mammals, plants, fungi, reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish, invertebrates and more…as we race the clock. This event is free, fun and family-friendly! Brought to you by the Bainbridge Island Land Trust and IslandWood. Admission: Free

Join winemaker and farmer Betsey Wittick of Bainbridge Vineyards for an informative tour of their certified organic vineyards on Bainbridge Island! An easy walk, all ages welcome. Tasting room open as well. Tasting room is where the tour will begin. Admission: Free

Grab some friends and come geek out with other anime and manga-obsessed teens. Eat yummy Asian snacks, use the drawing materials and create Japanese-inspired crafts while we watch anime. Grades 7-12. Admission: Free

Enjoy experimenting with different ways of facilitating collaboration and sharing expertise. Each Tuesday, Office Xpats offers classes by specialists who share their expertise in various business management areas, such as marketing, websites, technical support, software training, financial tools and practices, social media, and more. First Wednesday Work Party

Join BILT for their ongoing First Wednesday Work Parties on the Land Trust’s conservation properties. They’ll be working on removing invasive plants such as English ivy, English holly, and other bad guys from their beautiful properties across the Island, some of which are not normally open to the public! Bring a water bottle, work gloves, and extra tools if you can. Light refreshments and good company will be provided. Precise location will be provided upon RSVP. Admission: Free

Trivia Night at the Taproom!
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm @ Bainbridge Island Brewing (9415 Coppertop Loop)
Thursday is Trivia Night at the brewery, presented by Trivia Time Live’s DJ. From 7 to 9pm, teams compete for prizes and the pennant during four rounds of interesting questions. Come and play by yourself or join a team. Relax, have a few beers and snacks, and join in the weekly fun! Admission: Free
