The Brown Bag Lunch Lecture series continues through the Fall! Join us for a special presentation from local geologist Greg Geehan, who will delve into Bainbridge’s glacial history, and will illustrate how the natural history of Bainbridge influences our current environment. This lecture series is a partnership between BILT and the West Sound Wildlife Shelter. Admission: $3 suggested donation

It’s time for the 3rd annual Bainbridge Quilt Festival!

Bainbridge Quilt Festival
9:30 am – 5:00 pm @ Downtown Winslow
A celebration of quilts and quilters held outdoors along Winslow Way! As a non-juried show, quilters of all levels and styles show their work. Festival day includes a Sew-In for American Hero Quilts,a local non-profit which donates handmade, heirloom quilts to hospitalized wounded veterans. Everyone is welcome to help make quilt blocks, no prior quilting experience is needed. Red, white and blue fabric, sewing machines and support from experienced quilters will be provided. Admission: Free
